Terms and Conditions
Effective 13 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from ShuoMu Atelier (烁木手作) and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Business hours: 24 hours daily, China Standard Time (UTC+8). Orders and enquiries can be submitted around the clock; this does not guarantee an immediate personal reply or dispatch.
Products and orders
The store is intended for adults aged 18 or over and any higher minimum age required locally. Products must be purchased and used lawfully. Buying or owning a product does not establish another person’s consent.
Check the product description, dimensions, materials, selected options, quantity and delivery details before ordering. Ask about any missing information before payment. New custom sizes, materials, finishes, designs, engraving and personalized commissions are not accepted. A checkout note does not change the selected listed product. This change does not alter obligations for existing accepted orders. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed charge without your agreement.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Review the final order total, shipping charge and available payment methods at checkout. Optional tips are voluntary. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or fees. A pending or failed payment is not proof of a completed payment; contact us before retrying an uncertain charge.
Free shipping is available for qualifying orders of USD 100 or more. Below the threshold, standard shipping is USD 9.90. Confirm destination availability and the final shipping charge at checkout. Ask about any unclear tax or import-charge treatment before ordering; no tax exemption or customs clearance is promised.
Production time is separate from transport time. Confirm essential deadlines before ordering. Discreet packaging does not remove carrier or customs disclosure requirements. If an agreed dispatch time cannot be met, applicable rights to information, cancellation and refunds remain available. See Shipping and Care.
Returns and cancellations
For change-of-mind returns, notify us within 7 days after receiving the goods. This is the deadline to request a return, not a requirement that returned goods reach us within 7 days. Any longer period required by applicable law remains available. This window does not limit rights for faulty, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
Email your order number and request to liming4981@126.com. The return address and recipient are listed above. Contact us for return instructions and include your order reference so the return can be identified. Obtaining instructions does not shorten a statutory deadline or make a statutory cancellation right dependent on discretionary approval. For a cancellation before dispatch, contact us promptly.
For change-of-mind returns not caused by a faulty, incorrect or misdescribed item, the buyer pays return shipping, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not transfer costs that the seller must legally bear. Original delivery charges and refunds are handled according to applicable rules; no undisclosed fee or retrospective shipping deduction is authorised by these terms.
Refund handling must comply with applicable statutory deadlines. Contact us for the status of a requested refund. Any lawful exception for personalised or unsealed goods must be applicable and disclosed before purchase; products are not automatically excluded simply because they are adult products or underwear.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Stop using an item if continued use could be unsafe. Appropriate product photographs may help; do not send intimate images. Applicable repair, replacement, price reduction or refund rights are unaffected by these terms or acceptance of delivery.
Privacy and your rights
Use checkout for payment details. Never send card security codes, passwords or unnecessary private information in correspondence. See our Privacy Policy and contact page for enquiries.
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change accepted orders.
