Handmade pieces last longer when they are stored dry, cleaned gently, and kept away from harsh chemicals. Treat each material according to its surface.
Hard surfaces
Wood, acrylic, resin, carbon fiber, and metal should be wiped with a soft dry cloth after handling. Avoid abrasive cleaning and do not soak handmade finishes.
Leather and soft materials
Leather should be stored flat or naturally curved, away from moisture. Fur, ribbon, and fabric details should be handled lightly and aired before storage when needed.
