ShuoMu Atelier is for consenting adults aged 18 and over. A product is an object, not a substitute for communication. Before any adult use, discuss limits, comfort, a pause or stop signal, and aftercare with everyone involved. Never assume that interest in an item means agreement to any activity.
Read the product facts
Before adding an item to your cart, check the material, dimensions, finish, variant, availability, and care notes. If a detail is missing or unclear, ask before paying. Ready-to-order pieces and made-to-order pieces may have different timing.

Keep private communication specific
Share only the information needed for the request. Include the product link and the listed specification you want clarified, plus the delivery country when relevant. You do not need to explain personal details that are not relevant to the order.
Choose only the published designs and listed variants. We do not accept custom sizes, materials, finishes, designs or engraving. If none of the listed options suits you, do not order a different specification through a message or checkout note.
Check privacy and delivery
Discreet handling begins with the conversation and continues through the parcel. Review the store’s shipping notes, confirm the delivery country, and check your local import rules. The site currently displays prices in USD; review the currency, shipping charge, payment method, and final total at checkout before placing an order.

Questions for the piece you are choosing
For paddles and hand boards or rulers and canes, check the stated material, overall length, width, thickness and finish. If the listing does not give a measurement or care instruction, ask for it. A photograph alone does not confirm those details.

When a size entry needs clarification
The Thousand Nights Ruler listing and Brass Ruler listing preserve source size entries whose units or measurement directions are not fully labelled. Ask about the dimensions of the existing design before ordering; do not turn an ambiguous entry into a confirmed measurement.
Dimensions also do not establish weight. Read why dimensions do not tell you the finished weight if weight is part of your comparison. Clarifying a listed item is not a request for a new size or design.
